1. Definitions

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one Account on rp8com. Creation of multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void bets placed from such accounts, and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Company operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements. You must complete identity verification by submitting the following documents:

• Valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identity document

Withdrawal privileges will be restricted until identity verification is successfully completed. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify identity, age, payment method ownership, or source of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. 5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

5.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activities. The Company reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5.4 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals) are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from third parties will be refunded, and associated winnings will be voided.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, or coordinating betting patterns with other users to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. 7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets on football matches, including those involving BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and other leagues, are settled based on the full-time result (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count toward bet settlement unless explicitly stated.

10. Limitations of Liability

11. Dispute Resolution
